7. Liability

The photographer cannot be held liable for:

• Delays caused by weather or unforeseen events
• Equipment failures
• Interruptions beyond her control

8. Cancellation

• Client: cancellation is possible under contract terms
• Photographer: in case of illness or force majeure

9. Intellectual Property

• Photos remain the photographer's intellectual property
• The client receives a personal usage license
• Commercial use requires prior written consent

10. Disputes

In case of dispute, amicable resolution will be prioritized. Otherwise, the courts of Paris shall have jurisdiction.
